Refuse to be Undermined: Mayor Vincent Gray

Mayor Vincent Gray along side of other city official have found themselves in the "bing" after deciding to take action against the undermining political practises of Congress. (Congress) Snatching the autonomy to allocate city and federal funds diminishing the authority of our city government, they take to the streets! A compart of being a (hu)man is standing upright on a foundation of moral ethical principle. We all can agree that a man on his knees is an oppressed man and will not be respected.

This isn't the first time Congress has taken power from us, indirectly deeming to continuity of city government. During the pivotal Mayoral reign Marion Barry, the 1995 Congress initiated the "District of Columbia Financial Control Board" taking complete authority of the city's spending and finances. We can see history has repeated itself with their recent efforts.

The topic of abortion brings a rise in concern for local government financial policy.  While the principles of "Pro-Choice" are sustained, CCongressional actions halt the city's ability to use tax payers money to fund abortions for low income woman de-socializing and inconveniencing the murder of unborn fetuses. These political action
